File manager - Overview

The File Manager module is where the incoming files are loaded. You can easily identify all your images thanks to the thumbnails with the names of the files.

Navigation

If you have a long list of images, they will be displayed on different pages.

You can easily navigate between the different pages by clicking arrows chevron-double-left.svgchevron-left.svgchevron-right.svgchevron-double-right.svg.

You can access additional settings for the pages in Settings > Global.

Import images

You can import images simply with the Open button or drag and drop them into the file management area.

For more information on the supported formats, read this article.

Search bar

Next to the Open button, a search bar allows you to search/filter your images by name or extension.

Image information

By clicking on an image in the File Manager, and opening the Image information drop-down, you will be able to view the image properties:

  • File name
  • Path (displayed as a clickable link to the image root folder)
  • Format
  • Dimensions

Delete images

If you need to delete one or more images from the File Manager, it is possible to do so by selecting them and pressing the Delete key. Or you can select the image(s) and right-click: a small menu allows you to choose whether to delete the selected image(s) or all of the images currently in the manager.

Number of copies

When you select an image in the File Manager, a Quantity field appears, allowing you to specify the number of copies to be inserted into the Studio.

A visual indicator on the image thumbnails lets you know how many times each image appears in the Studio:
