How to Use Spot Quality Mode?

To use the Spot ("SP) quality mode from the Print Module of CalderaRIP, you must create new custom media using the HP Latex 700/800 printer's panel.

In this article, we will use a PDF file: City_WINTER_WhiteSpot.pdf that contains a "White" spot, and we will print it on a substrate named: "My custom film". This substrate is compatible with the "Spot" quality modes.

  Info

White must be activated. If you have formerly used the sandwich mode, deactivate it.

Refer to the manufacturer's official documentation for more details on this quality mode.
