Issue
Problem
This error message appears if the QuatroRIP printer has not been assigned to the client license.
Solution
- First, you must go to the customer's WorkSpace account and log in with their credentials.
- At the top right, you will see the name of your customer. Click on it, to see a drop-down menu.
- Select My Registered Licenses. You will see the customer's information.
- Select the Edit icon ( ) on the client's license:
- Assign the printer ("MNR Quatro RIP") to the license:
- Select "M&R" and "QuatroRIP" from the drop-down menu:
- Select "Continue", and that's it.
