Symptom:
Free space on disk is low and Error writing data: Input/output error when ripping file to NFS share.
Problem:
Potential disconnect between printer driver and network share. Try to rip to local folder to isolate it from a local disk issue
Check in terminal for errors using dmesg
In one instance it was observed the ethernet controller to go down. So multiple ethx: link up/down messages.
Problems could be caused by defective switch or Ethernet cable (assuming it worked before).
Resolution:
Try direct connection to printer controller in case of switch.
Replace network cable.
Change ethernet controller(s).
