The error message 61:09 may appear on the panel of the HP latex printers, with jobs that are usually longer than 3 meters (10 ft or more). When it happens the error will cancel the job in the middle of the print.
The issue potentially affects the following HP-Latex printer models:
HP-Latex-110, HP-Latex-115, HP-Latex-310, HP-Latex-315, HP-Latex-330, HP-Latex-335, HP-Latex-360, HP-Latex-365, HP-Latex-370, HP-Latex-375, HP-Latex-560, HP-Latex-570
It's assumed that the Latex printer uses the latest firmware (Check with HP) and that it did not help with the issue.
Web server of the printer:
When experiencing this issue, make sure that in the web server of the printer in “Setup -> Printer Settings” the option “Max. number of logged jobs” is set to 10.
The printer based web server can be accessed by typing the printer’s IP address in the address bar of an internet browser.
Below is an example of the printer based web interface:

Specific drivers:
If you have the issue in the versions 12.1, 13.0 or 13.1 of Caldera you should also install the following "hot fix" drivers. In case of a version 13 license it's highly recommended to upgrade to version 13.1 build 200421 and use the associated 13.1 hot fix drivers.
If you have a Caldera 12.0 you should first update the software to 12.1 then install these drivers.
You should have the last build of the corresponding version to install these drivers.
- Drivers for version 13.1, build: 200421 or newer.
- Drivers for version 13.0, build 191025
- Drivers for version 12.1 build 190801
After driver download double-click on the file to launch the installation.
Please be aware that the installation will stop the Caldera software so avoid to do it while you are printing or ripping with the software.
These hot fix drivers will stay in your Caldera installation until you reinstall the official drivers or use the installation ISO or DMG file of Caldera to reinstall the software. If you do one of these two manipulations you will have to reinstall these drivers if you encounter the 61:09 error on the printer panel again.
Be aware of the following potential issues:
- The driver may hangup in the sending process to the printer, when this occurs please restart the driver
- The driver may crash in the sending process to the printer due to some workarounds
- The error 61:09 may appear again in continuous printing, in this case please try to disable this option and give us feedback
- The driver may be slower to send big jobs to the printer
