How to check the operating system version of the computer?

Knowing your operating system version is essential to ensuring compatibility with Caldera's software requirements. This article explains how to check the OS version.

To keep the software up-to-date, the development team works to ensure compatibility with the latest stable operating system versions and two or three previous versions when possible. This sometimes requires phasing out support for older versions.

Before any operating system or software upgrade, do not forget to check the technical requirements page.
