Oce ProCut - Barcode Scanning Not Importing Cutting Files

Issue

Océ ProCut can open cutting files manually through the Editor, but the files are not automatically loaded when scanning a barcode.

Problem

The barcode import hotfolder is not correctly configured in ProCut Server.

Solution

Configure the hotfolder used by Caldera for barcode processing:

1. Open ProCut Server.
2. Go to Preferences.
3. In the Barcode Hotfolders section, specify the Caldera ZCC hotfolder path:
   

Once this path is correctly set, ProCut will automatically import the corresponding cutting files when a barcode is scanned.
