In PrimeCenter, you can customize the units used throughout the application. Supported units include:
- millimeters (mm)
- centimeters (cm)
- meters (m)
- inches (in)
- feet (ft)
Changing the default unit
- Open Settings and navigate to the Interface tab.
- In the Units section, select your preferred default unit from the dropdown menu.
Adjusting decimal precision
You can enable the option Display one more decimal place for greater precision. The number of decimals displayed varies depending on the selected unit:

Good to know
Use dots (.) instead of commas (,) for decimal points to ensure value precision.
Changing the unit in a field
You can adjust the unit for specific fields directly in the interface:
- Right-click on a field displaying a unit (e.g., width or height).
- Select the desired unit from the context menu. The conversion is applied automatically.

Starting from PrimeCenter V3.3, when you change the unit of a numeric field, the unit is automatically updated in all linked fields (e.g., width/height or top/bottom/left/right).
