Image quantity/Copies

Set the number of copies for the file.

  Info

This field is disabled if the number of copies is extracted from the file name.

Extracting properties from the file name

You can define a naming convention to automatically extract metadata from file names.

  • Add fixed characters (for example the word "copies") in the template if they are always present in the file name.
  • Use the anyText tag to cover variable parts of the file name that should not be extracted as metadata.

For the complete list of available tags and their usage, see Automating workflow with metadata.
