How to process a multi-page PDF with FileMan or HotFolders?

If you will be processing a PDF file with multiple pages with Workflow or QuickPrint, and the file was loaded into the software using FileMan (manual process) or HotFolders (automatic process), there is a setting you might want to check:

1. Go to Application Bar > Configuration menu (or Special menu in older versions) > Hot folder.
   
   
2. Go to the Configuration tab.
   
   
3. Click on the Fileman Parameters button.
   
   
4. Browse to the folder acting as a hotfolder, and set the Preview to 1:1 (to print only one copy of each page):

   If set to "All Pages" or set to a specific page range then the Quickprint or Hotfolder will print multiple copies of the file.

5. Click OK.
