It is recommended that all technical support request should be submitted through the WorkSpace portal. This is the most effective method to reach the Caldera Tech Support Team.
Note: When submitting a support ticket, one should provide as much details as possible (screenshot(s) and/or the error code on the issue are most helpful).
For those without WorkSpace account and is using someone else's, it is recommended that you should create/sign for an account if you will be the primary contact person.
To submit a support ticket through WorkSpace, click Contact Caldera Support Team (on the bottom left column menu) to go to the HelpDesk page.
In HelpDesk, click Submit a Support Ticket or Submit a Request (on the upper right hand corner) or try searching our Knowledge Center (for the specific error code or keyword(s) on the issue).
