Can't open .... No such file or directory / Operation not permitted while ripping, MacOS Catalina/Big Sur/Monterey/Ventura and Sonoma

With version 13.1 or newer, the following errors when ripping a PDF, EPS and PS file (Raster images rip fine) could occur:

Under MacOS Catalina or newer Caldera requires full disk access for the following files:

/opt/caldera/bin/calbridge

/opt/caldera/bin/calserver

/bin/sh
