Prime Center > Can't open a file : Error Code "Read"

Issue:

While loading a file with Prime Center, Error message pops "Error Code : Read".

Problem:

It is mainly due to missing permission on Mac OS

Solution:

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access > Unlock with Mac password > Add both Prime Center (in Application > caldera folder) and calapisvc (in /opt/CalApiSvc/bin/).
