Issue:

The following error can also be displayed: "Vutek-XR: software version incompatible: RPC connection failed"

Problem:

Issue is due to unsupported compression on controller. Older controller versions do not support the new Tiff format and compression used.

Solution:

Switch Print Driver from BigTiff /ZIP
