This article was done in January 2021 and explains how the content of a CalderaRIP license works for the Tiling module (starting since CalderaRIP V12). It will also help in case you are in Version 13 and have several users using the same license but only one of these users can open Tiling at the same time.
It's possible to see the content of the CalderaRIP license by going to your WorkSpace account and clicking on the Eye icon (in the Actions column) of your license in the Caldera Licenses Management section.
CalderaRIP V13.1 or later
Version 13.1 had an update of the previous behavior by linking directly the users to the Tiling module. Since this version, the number of Tiling modules in the license became directly dependent on the number of users within the license and consequently, all users have access to the Tiling module.

This means that if a license was used by 5 users but it still contained only 1 Tiling module then all the 5 users would be able to use the Tiling module anyway, all at the same time.
This also means that in case you are using version 13.0 and you have several users on the same license, but only one Tiling on it, the users cannot open more than one Tiling module at the same time.
You can upgrade your software to CalderaRIP version 13.1 (or later) to resolve the problem.

CalderaRIP V12.0 - 13.0
In these versions, the number of users of a license was not linked directly to the number of Tiling modules available in the license and, consequently, if the number of Tilings in the license was smaller than the number of users in it then not all users can use the Tiling module at the same time.

This means that if a license was used by 5 users but contained only 1 Tiling module then only 1 of these users could use Tiling at the same time, the other 4 users would have to wait.
