Issue:
Job is not printed and dropped in Red Spooler Queue.
Problem:
Some Firmware/Controller communications could be not UTF8. Job named with forbidden characters can generate this issue.
Solutions :
A) Rename File in Picture Bar :
1) Select File
2) Right Click
3) About Image
4) Change File name in Name area
5) Validate pressing Enter
B) Edit Printer's Forbidden Characters :
1) Server Admin
2) Select printer with issue
3) Configure
4) File Tab
5) Edit Forbidden Characters
Set all characters that will be replaced with the selected one.
Specify characters that's forbidden in Windows by going to "other characters" and filling in the forbidden characters <>:"/\|?*
Additional possible reason and solve:
It might simply be that the correct IP and/or mounted output folder is not used for the printer. Double check that the printer IP is correct and double check that the configured mounted share of the printer controller is the correct one for the relevant printer.
