When printing a linearization target of a custom ink set mode with additional colors it's possible that the additional colors are not being printed.
On some printers like the DGEN Teleios or Arachne Hexa the name we assign to the custom color is important to address the correct ink channel
Print a test page from the printers menu.
Check the channel name of the additional color(s). For example it may be "Spot 1" for Orange and "Spot 2" for Blue.
In EasyMedia using the custom ink set editor, create first the new inks under the Ink sets > Inks Tab (Do not select the pre-configured ones as they are not editable).
Select as Type "Process" and as "Template", the additional Color then enter as "Name" the channel number and as "Initial" the corresponding color "letter"
For example if the color in "Spot 1" is Orange:
Select as Type: Process
Select as Template: Orange (will populate the preview CMYK fields)
Name the color "1"
Assign it the Initial O (ignore the messages in EasyMedia about the already existing Orange initial).

Screenshot below shows the two "new" colors with the proper channel name assigned.

Repeat the process for Blue.
The newly added CMYKOB print mode should preview as below showing the Additional Inks as numbers.
