Printing issues can sometimes result from a malfunction in the printer driver’s configuration file. Performing a reset can restore the driver to its default state and resolve these issues.

Steps to reset a printer driver
- First, save the printer configuration (preset). To do so, go to the preset management area in the Print Module:
You may be interested in reading: How to manage print presets? - Once you have saved the configuration of your printer driver, close the Print Module.
- Now you must stop the printer driver from running. In the Application bar, go to the Settings tab and then click the ServerAdmin icon:
- Select your printer driver, and click on the Stop Server button:
- A confirmation will appear. Click Yes and enter your administration password (most probably "caldera") to apply the stop. Close the ServerAdmin.
- Still in the Settings tab, now click on the Config icon.
- The software configuration will appear. Select your printer driver and click on the Reset Configuration button:
- A confirmation will appear. Click Yes.
- Quit the software configuration. A dialog will prompt you to save the modifications before quitting. Click Save and quit.
- In the Application bar, go to the Main tab and then click on your printer driver's icon (or drag and drop a file on it).

Reconfigure the Print module, or import the saved presets, and test the printing.
