When media is shorter or longer in the media feed direction, check the following:
On the printer side:
- Check manufacturer support sections.
- Media feed calibrations
- Select a slower/higher-quality print mode.
- Forum with some ideas
On CalderaRIP side:
- Check the Spooler for documents or printed measurements. Compare this to the actual printed measurement as this difference is used in the media compensation option.
- Check printer-specific media options in either EasyMedia or the printer settings (Wrench icon of the Print Module).

The settings that can be accessed by clicking on the wrench icon depend entirely on the printer model and its Caldera driver.
Do not hesitate to visit the section dedicated to your printer to consult the printer's technote and get to know its Printer Settings. - Consistent length or width differences can be counteracted by the media compensation option.
