TotalColor LFP & QB - Service Report

Symptom:

Strange measurement behaviors.

Solution:

Create a service report which can be reviewed by the Barbieri technical support team.

Using EasyMedia and going to one of the screens where you initiate the measurements.

If the Caldera service report option doesn't work use the Barbieri Gateway software instead.

In Barbieri Gateway to get the report you have to go to "Tools -> Get Service Report":

Wait for the verification to be done:

You can then open the the folder to check the generated text file yourself or use the included Analyzer in the software (advised):

When using the Analyzer tool it will ask you to select the report: use the one that you have generated.

Then you will see the result: if it's OK in the "Error/Warning" column then that's good.

Be sure to check that all is fine by using the scroller on the right if needed.

If there is an issue you should contact the Barbieri support.
