Applies to Caldera rip versions older than version 10.2
The problem is that when Caldera is installed, it creates a printer called Caldera using a PostScript driver which could generate a problem with other existing PostScript drivers in the OS. Then you lose all the links and pre-configurations with PPD's inside Adobe Indesign.
Uninstall Caldera Printer from the list in the OS.
