Symptom:
Duplicate preview images of a single submitted file into a hotfolder.
Problem:
Hotfolder time-out is set too low and Caldera rip will incorrectly assume two files were submitted instead of one.
Solution:
Increase the hotfolder time out (use increments of 30 seconds).
Special pull down menu > Hot Folders > Select the Hotfolder > Edit > Change the default 5 seconds to 35 seconds. Then test if further tweaking is required.
Note: Do not set the time-out lower then 5 seconds because of IO delays on a system under heavy load.
