Inside VD AIR Application > Content, working with the application 'FormTemplate' you can have an Error #3 when you try to upload an image or Error #2 when you try so save a layout.
You can have an old version of 'FormTemplate' application like:
VDApp-FormTemplate-v1.2-20140506.vdapp
or
VDApp-FormTemplate-v1.4-20140903.vdapp
Solution:
Remove the old version and upload the one attached, version:
VDApp-FormTemplate-v1.5-20140905.vdapp
