EasyColor and TotalColor warranty and non-warranty repairs

Hardware issue with EasyColor or TotalColor either within warranty or out of warranty.

The EasyColor and TotalColor comes with a 12 month depot repair warranty.


It's recommended to have a device calibration done every 18 months. This calibration usually includes a new white tab, firmware update and calibration certificate.

To start a warranty or repair request:

1) Caldera technician will troubleshoot issue and determine warranty or not.

If issue requires repair, then customer is requested to email support@barbierielectronic.us to request a RMA number.

Caldera support provides Color Concepts a heads up by supplying warranty information, sharing photos, videos, or any other relevant information to speed up the repair.
 

2 - Customer will only ship when a valid RMA has been issued and mark the RMA number on the  shipment..

3 - All equipment needs to be properly packed in it's original box if possible. Neither Caldera or Color Concepts is responsible for incorrectly packed items.
 
4 - Color Concepts will diagnose the problem as quickly as possible, so any communication necessary about parts, costs and turn around time can be provided in a timely manner (2 working days or less).
 
5 - Repairs will be completed as quickly as possible, but are done in the order they arrive in the lab. Color Concepts aims for a 5 day turn around, but everyone understands that several factors could affect that time. If a delay is expected the customer will be informed in a timely manner.
