If the options for Resolution, Media, Mode (except Gray), and Quality are in Red, and/or the Quality menu only says “Default” (not Outdoor Signage or anything), then first check that you have the full profile in EasyMedia.
If everything seems already in EasyMedia, then try the following:
- Stop the printer driver in CalderaRIP (Settings tab > Server Admin > Stop Server, the password is "caldera").
- Turn off the printer.
- Remove the following printer-specific configuration files (usually three or more files with the name of the printer), inside the folder: /opt/caldera/lib/shared/ (Linux example)
- Turn on the printer and wait until the printer is ready again.
- Double-click on the printer driver in CalderaRIP.
- It will start up and usually takes a little while (it's receiving new configuration files from the printer driver). It will also ask you to reopen the printer driver (to load the configuration files).
