In the Spooler folder for each printer there's a log file showing basic info which can be accessed from the Spooler (select the printer and press the Log file icon).
There's no export option but it's a readable text file "name_of_print_server.log" and located at:
Linux based Caldera install including version 12, /home/tmp
Linux based install version 13+, /opt/caldera/var/tmp
Mac OS based Caldera install including version 12, /CALDERADATA/TMP
Mac OS based install version 13+, /opt/caldera/var/tmp
