Problem when importing the printer specific parameter zip file from the Reggiani controller.
When trying to import Reggiani printer resolutions in Caldera the following error occurs:
Can’t import Renoir printer parameters., File "configuration.ini is not in the ZIP archive"
Solution:
Unzip the file « print_parameters.zip »
Give all rights —>chmod 777
Zip again the file -> zip -r print_parameters.zip print_parameters
Note:
If the compressed folder does not contain the configuration.ini it will result in the same exact same message.
The folder with the print_parameters is typically on the second hard drive under the x:\reggiani\print_parameters (x might be drive letter k: for example)
