CalderaRIP V12 or later: License attachement issues with Endpoint Firewall

If you're running Caldera Dock on a Mac OS with Endpoint Security software, you may encounter issues with license attachment on the host machine or virtual machine. This is because Endpoint Security manages the firewall and ports, blocking the necessary communication.

In this article, we'll show you how to resolve this issue by changing the Endpoint Security firewall settings.

Solution:-

On Mac System Firewall should be Disabled

Open the application Picture

Click and open the Picture Configuration option so we need to disable this Firewall  Picture

Click on the Firewall optionPicture

Need to Disable this option

If you click on this pop-up will occur for Disable option

After Disable you can see this

Open Caldera Dock, click on Attach

The license will be successfully attached. You need to restart your Caldera RIP.
