Stopping the printer driver process is a common step when addressing printer malfunctions (and before resetting the driver). Just follow the steps below:
- In the Application bar, open the Settings tab, then double-click the ServerAdmin icon.
- Select the printer's driver and click on the Stop Server button.
- A confirmation will appear. Click Yes and enter your administration password (most probably "caldera") to apply the stop.
- Close the ServerAdmin.
