Tips & tricks

To connect your HP printer through the network, please choose an "LP" connection type in the ServerAdmin Module (Server Admin > Configure > Connection). Then, write down the "Host/IP address" of your printer to be able to link it with CalderaRIP:

In the same module, there is also a tab called "Misc" where you will find options to fix unexpected behaviors with your HP DesignJet Z6 / Z9 Pro devices:

  • Driver reset: This will remove any cache file kept internally by the driver to "reset" the driver to "factory default". Clicking this button will remove the internal media database, internal quality index, and the ICC cache file.
