Available information and actions

Status: Displays the printer status. It can either be Initialing, Ready, or Coming (when a file is sent to the printer), Running % (when a file is being processed by the printer), and Finished

Print button: Launches the selected Action. When the printer is driven using files, the following window opens. It lets you set:

Output files .png

- Job Name: Changes the name of the output file
- Directory: Selects the directory where the output file will be created.
  You can use the ellipsis button ( ) to open the File selection window and browse to your wanted location:

- - Overview: Contains the full path, job name, and extension
  - Default: Erases your changes and puts the default settings back. These elements are set in the ServerAdmin Module
  - Cancel: Cancels the action and closes the window
  - OK: Closes the window and proceeds with the action
  - Quit: Closes the Print module. If you choose this action when files are still being printed or ripped, the action will continue in the background and you can view the progress in the Spooler.
