When configuring multiple RIP computers to use one VisualCut cutter with a network shared folder, only one RIP can drive the actual cutter.
1. On Computer A configure a VisualCut cutter: How to install a VisualCut cutter?
Configure the cut queue to be a network shared folder. This can be a shared folder on Computer A, or a shared folder on a file server.
2. On Computer B configure the VisualCut cutter as a GrandCut cutter instead (even though it's for a VisualCut cutter): How to install a GrandCut cutter?
Configure the cut queue on Computer B to be the exact same network shared folder that was configured for VisualCut on Computer A.
The output of the cutters on both RIP computers will now go to the same network shared folder and the operator at Computer A can release the cuts using VisualCut.
Note: Should you want to add Computer C, D, E and so on, all of them should be configured as a GrandCut cutter instead (even though it's supposed to be VisualCut) and then configure the cut queue to be the exact same network shared folder that was configured for VisualCut on Computer A.
