Driver History

• Version 18.1:
  • Resolved job corruption issues and improved management in the Dual-sided roll workflow. This fix addresses vertical stretching, missing print features (such as marks, margins, and nesting), and printing artifacts that occurred when the dual-sided roll workflow was enabled. Additionally, it ensures that side B jobs are properly processed, preventing potential blockages in the printing process.
• Version 17.3.1:
  • Revision B: Fixed the drivers crashing upon startup, which was caused by mismatches in the runtime of libraries. This bug mainly affected macOS Big Sur 11 users after a software upgrade.
  • Revision A: Fixed the drivers crashing upon startup, which was caused by a corrupted runtime library. This bug mainly affected Linux Debian 10 users after a software upgrade.

  • We increased the timeout of these drivers, from 1h30min to 3h, to avoid the error 61:09 that occurred when the driver timeout was reached.
