By default, four Special Inks are linked to the printer:
- Primer
- Varnish
- White Underlay
- White Overlay
Each of them has a dedicated tab in the Page Setup window. For more information about these tabs, please refer to the article on Spot Inks.
In addition to the standard behavior of these Special Inks, most of them allow you to define a specific Quality and Print Field, as shown below:
Primer
In the Primer tab, you only have a Quality field. Six qualities are available:

White-Under
In the White-U tab, six qualities are available:

You can also choose between three Print configurations:
- Underlay: white is printed beneath the colors.
- Spot: white is treated as a spot color.
- Color-White-Color: sandwich mode, in which white is printed between two color layers.
White-Over
In the White-O tab, six qualities are available:

Varnish
In the Varnish tab, seven qualities are available:
