This feature is available from CalderaJobs V1.1.0 and CalderaRIP V15.
By default, CalderaJobs connects to the local RIP, which is installed on the computer you are working on. But you can connect remote RIPs from other workstations with the RIP Connections tab.
RIP Connections tab
To access the configuration of RIP connections:

2. Click on RIP Connections.
By default, the "local RIP" is connected and configured.

RIP connection status
You can easily know the status of each RIP connection via a colored indicator. There are 4 different indicators:
| Ready | |
| Connection attempt | |
| Failed connection | |
| Incompatible connection |

Tips & Tricks
"I don't see my print servers in the list."
This case may happen if:
- There is a mistake in the hostname or IP address
- The hostname of the workstation is not accessible via your network, so you have to use the IP address or contact the IT staff
- The RIP is not running
- The RIP version is earlier than V15
- The workstation is off
Otherwise, try to quit and restart CalderaJobs.
