It all starts with CalderaDock, the perfect toolbox to manage downloads, installations and licenses of all your Caldera solutions. Before continuing to read this article, download CalderaDock application from Workspace and install it. To find help for the installation process depending on your operating system, please refer to this HelpDesk section.
To download the latest version of CalderaRIP, just follow the steps below:
- Open CalderaDock application.
- Go to the Resources tab. Here you can choose between 2 ISO files:
the full version the light version CalderaRIP installation package Printer drivers Size ≈ 5 GB ≈ 2 GB With the full version, you will be able to install specific printers during the CalderaRIP installation. With the light version, you would need to download and install drivers after CalderaRIP installation has been completed.
Recommendation
Usually, it's recommended to download the light version, as you will be sure to download the up-to-date version of the required drivers later from CalderaDock.
- Click on the download button to start the ISO download. The installer will be available in /home/caldera/Downloads.

You can also download CalderaRIP installer from WorkSpace. But CalderaDock is the most efficient way.
