Veika Dimensor-S, "Printer ink configuration does not match the selected mode (missing inks: S)"

This article applies to Veika Dimensor-S printers using CalderaRIP 19.x.

Solution for error, "Printer ink configuration does not match the selected mode (missing inks: S)"

1. Printer Driver > Wrench Icon > Inks tab, set the following ink order (as this could be subject to change double check with Veika):

   Then on the “Inks” tab set the channels accordingly:

   • Channel 1: Cyan
   • Channel 2: Structural
   • Channel 3: Empty Channel
   • Channel 4: Empty Channel
   • Channel 5: Yellow Channel
   • Channel 6: Magenta
   • Channel 7: Structural
   • Channel 8: Black
2. Printer Driver > Wrench Icon > Printer Tab, check "Don't check printer inks".
