This article explains how to export reviewed pages from CalderaColor as a TIFF ZIP file for printing with any compatible RIP.
Export steps
Warning: Check the export folder
Export TIFF ZIP uses Settings → Process Options → Colorbook export destination without prompting when a folder is configured. Clear the folder path to choose a save location each time.
- Click Export TIFF ZIP and wait for completion.
- Verify the archive and extract its TIFF pages.
Monitor a large export
Follow the page-based export progress. A non-blocking warning indicates when the selected page count or raster size may take longer to export.
Cancel an export
For long exports, Cancel appears beside the progress message. Click it to stop the export without closing CalderaColor.
Print in your RIP
Warning: Required print settings
ICC color conversion: OFF
Print without applying an ICC profile.
Calibration: ON
Keep linearisation and ink limit settings applied.
- Import the extracted pages into your RIP and arrange them for printing.
- Check the print settings above, then print the ColorBook.
