Issue:
When strict policy has to be set on Windows, all files from those folders have to be in whitelist (firewall/antivirus) :
C:\Program Files\CalApiSvc\*
C:\Program Files\PrimeCenter\*
%USERPROFILE%\appdata\roaming\PrimeCenter\*
%USERPROFILE%\appdata\Local\calapisvc\*
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\PrimeCenter\*
