If your cutter has trouble scanning cut marks, adjusting their color may improve detection. This also applies to annotations if needed.

Process
To change the color of cut marks or annotations, apply the “Convert spot color” check/fix profile to the print output file:
- Open Export settings.
- In the Print files tab, locate Print output check/fix profile and select “Convert spot color” from the list.
- Configure the spot color conversion:
- Choose Apply to "Vector & Text".
- Enter the name of the spot color to be replaced:
- For cut marks, the default name is RegMark.
- For annotations, the default name is Annotation.
- Select the desired output color that you want.
- Ensure the spot color is defined with the same name to maintain consistency in the configuration.
- Make any other necessary adjustments to the export settings, then click Save.
- Export the print files to apply the profile and check the converted color.
