The Tiling+ label format can be changed or set in the Miscellaneous Settings (in the lower left corner of the module):

Label format
Enter the text you want to display on each tile. You can add the following variables:
- %n = Poster name
- %r = The tile row number
- %c = The tile column number
- %t = The tile number
- %% = Character "%" (if you need to use a percentage, you need to repeat the corresponding character so that the software does not take it as a marker).
Info
CalderaRIP Version 17 or later: By default, now the label format is %n_L%rC%c (Poster_L1C1, Poster_L1C2, etc.). The new default label format will apply only to new installations or when the last configuration has been deleted.
CalderaRIP V16.3 or later: Since this version, now the name of the generated tiles matches the label pattern (in other words, tile labels and names became the same). The previous caused a collateral effect, as now the labels/names do not fit when trying to nest a tile project. We are working to correct this behavior.
CalderaRIP Version 16.3 or before: By default, the label format is L%rC%c (L1C1, L1C2, etc.).
Troubleshooting
- During an upgrade from an older version to version 16.3 or newer, it is possible that the Tiling+ module reverted to the old default label format L%rC%c (L1C1, L1C2, etc.).
In that case, please change the label format to the new default: %n_L%rC%c - For file printers, you might have to use the following temporary file label format (open bug 17.0.1 which strips the filename extension including line and column labels): L%rC%c_%n
