Media are linked to presets on one side and garments on the other:

Printing supports are managed in Settings > Media:

Previously created media must be selected when you:

 

Create a new printing support

  1. Go to the Media tab.
  2. Click the plus button to add a new support ( ).
  3. Configure the support.

 

Edit a printing support

  1. Go to the Media tab.
  2. Select the printing support to Edit.
  3. Configure the support.

  1. Create or edit a printing support.
  2. Select the media type from the list, or create a New entry.
  3. Type or edit the manufacturer.
  4. Give the printing support a name to easily identify it in the list.

      Tips & tricks

    Click on the refresh button ( ) to automatically create a printing support name using the following template:
    Type - Manufacturer.

  5. Click Save.

 

Delete a printing support

  Warning

You cannot delete a printing support that is already associated with a preset or garment.

Go to the Media tab.

 

Delete one printing support

Hover over a printing support in the list. Click the three vertical dots ( ), then clic Delete ( ).

 

Delete several printing supports

Hover over a printing support in the list. A check box will appear. Select all printing supports you want to delete, or click Select all, then click on the trash icon ( ).

 

Find and sort printing supports

Go to the Media tab.

 

Search

The search bar allows you to find a printing support by typing its name.

 

Sort

You can sort printing supports per name, by ascending order or descending order by clicking on the arrows ( ).

 

Import/Export printing media

This allows you to save the configuration of your printing support with a TGZ backup file.

Go to the Media tab.

 

Export one printing support

Hover over a printing support in the list. Click the three vertical dots ( ), then click on Export (Export_Jobs.svg).

 

Export several printing supports

Hover over a printing support in the list. A check box will appear. Select all printing supports you want to export, then click on Export_Jobs.svg. All selected printing supports will be saved in a single backup file.

 

Import a backup file for a printing support

Click on Import_Jobs.svg to import a backup file.

If an imported printing support has the same name as an existing printing support in the software, it is automatically renamed so as not to overwrite the existing one.
