- This version includes the support of both cutter models, configurable in the layout panel.
Cutter configuration
Cutter X
Users of this cutter must enable the "Slicer X" check box:
- The cutter will only cut horizontally across the full width of the film (24").
- You can choose between two types of marks:
- Leading: Adds a mark at the top of the layout.
- Trailing: Adds a mark at the top of the layout.
Cutter XY
Users of this model of cutter can decide whether to use it only with the X blade or to use it to its full capabilities by activating both blades (X and Y).
By enabling "Slicer X":
- The first blade of the cutter will only cut horizontally across the full width of the film (24").
- You can choose between two types of marks:
- Leading: Adds a mark at the top of the layout.
- Trailing: Adds a mark at the top of the layout.
By enabling "Slicer Y":
- The second blade will cut vertically at the center mark based on the film width (e.g., 24", 18", etc.).
