CalderaRIP version 9.1 and higher supports the 7‑dot registration system used by Gerber M‑series cutters (MVision with 7D).

In the past, different cutting devices required separate licenses: CutServer for roll-to-roll cutters, GrandCut (A or B) for flatbed cutters, and a cut option for trimmers. This resulted in different installation methods depending on the device.
Today, annual subscribers and perpetual license holders with CalderaCare can use any CalderaRIP‑supported cutting device without an additional license.

You may refer to the guide: "How to install a flatbed cutter?". During the installation process, make sure to select the Gerber 7 points.
Configuration
Using the Gerber 7 points driver enables proper recognition and use of the 7‑point registration marks by the cutter.
This allows the MVision system to correctly detect and process the registration marks during cutting.
