Warning
If a multilayer driver ("-ML") is available for your printer, you can use it without having to purchase an additional driver. However, please note that only one driver can be used at a time.
Before switching to the multilayer driver, make sure you re-import your customised colour management settings and presets. Learn more.

CalderaRIP V19.0:
- Revision A: Correction of a bug that caused the software to merge both layers into one when performing rasterization jobs with a varnish layer on top of a white layer.

Initially released in November 2025, only two drivers ("swissQprint-Topi-5" and "swissQprint-Oryx-5") were available, both of which supported CalderaRIP's Multilayer Manager. In January 2026:
- These drivers were renamed to "swissQprint-Topi-5-ML" and "swissQprint-Oryx-5-ML".
- Two new drivers without the "-ML" suffix were also developed for users needing simple multilayer jobs via Page Setup > Spot Inks tabs.
