Issue:
When opening a PDF with embedded cut contours that are not properly closed, artwork inside the open contour may disappear.
Problem:
The PDF contains cut contours defined as open paths. PrimeCenter interprets these open paths as clipping paths, which clips and hides the artwork located inside the affected contour. This is commonly seen with packaging files that contain both crease and cut contours.
Solution:
In PrimeCenter, install the following fixup as a file input fixup to automatically add a clipping path to the problematic cut contour upon loading the PDF:

Adds a clipping path to an existing contour. Particularly useful for packaging workflows, it prepares files with open contours for true shape nesting.
