Media synchronization
To synchronize media from the EPSON Edge Dashboard, you must enter the printer's serial number in CalderaRIP.
- Go to ServerAdmin.
- Select your printer.
- Click on the Configure... button, which will open another pop-up showing you the Connection tab.
- Here, fill in the Serial/Printer Name field with the serial number of your printer.
- Thus, you will be able to synchronize media in the EasyMedia module. You may also be interested in reading: Epson SureColor - AutoSync Profiles with EED
Warning
It is not possible to import EMX files in EasyMedia. Please get in touch with Epson for questions related to importing media in the EPSON Edge Dashboard.

Possible error messages
- Borderless printing: The margins of the load must be correctly adjusted and, if it is a borderless print, do not forget to choose the option "Cut before and after printing".

Media width is incompatible with Borderless Printing. The media widths that are allowed in borderless printing are the following:
- 203.2mm or 8"
- 210mm
- 254mm or 10"
- 279.4mm or 11"
- 297mm
- 300mm
- 329mm
- 355.6mm or 14"
- 406.4mm or 16"
- 431.8 / 432mm or 17"
- Media is incompatible with this print mode (quality, mode, resolution): Indicates that the reference media in the selected Media tab is incompatible with the chosen print mode.
- Paper source is not available for this media: This indicates that using this type of media with the current paper load (paper source) is impossible.
- Paper source is set to Roll while media is defined as Sheet / Paper source is not of Roll type while media is defined as Roll: Alerts you to inconsistency between the Loading being of type Sheet and the paper source being set to Roll (and vice-versa).
- Media doesn't allow "Black enhance overcoat": As the message states, this media or print mode does not allow the Black enhance overcoat option.
