- Low-level reports: These are the driver's logs, and they are useful for identifying problems if unexpected behavior occurs. Check the corresponding box to enable it and restart the driver to validate the changes (the software will prompt you for this). Once the low-level reports are enabled, reproduce the issue, and save the report. Please do not hesitate to contact Support if you need to.
