This feature is only compatible with the W(hite) drivers.
The HP Latex 730W and 830W use White ink. For this spot ink, there is a specific tab in the Page Setup window, to be able to configure it.

White Layers in Sandwich Mode: While the white layer is typically available only on Side A for other HP printer drivers, these drivers now allow it to be enabled on Side B to support the white under-mark feature of the HP Latex cutter. However, the white layer must be enabled on either Side A or Side B, but not both simultaneously. To prevent unexpected behavior, the printer driver will detect which side has the white layer enabled and ensure that only one white layer is active at any given time.
Multilayer printing is not compatible with certain other CalderaRIP features. For more information, please refer to the dedicated article. While the article is about another HP model, it outlines similar limitations.
