Step-by-step guide of how to purchase a subscription product from the Caldera web store, including instructions on using a voucher and reviewing subscription details.

How to purchase a subscription?
- Type "https://webstore.caldera.com/" in your browser and press Enter:
- Click the “Login” button to be redirected to the single sign-on (SSO) authentication page:
- Enter your Caldera credentials, which are the same as those used for WorkSpace, and click "Sign In":
- Select your Caldera subscription product:
- Add it to your cart:
- Go to your cart:
- If you have a voucher number, make sure it is valid for the product in your cart and enter the 20-digit code in the “Promo code” field:
- Click "Apply":
- If successfully applied, the voucher will appear under the product in your cart, and the order summary may reflect a total of zero (depending on the voucher):
- Verify that the shipping and invoice addresses are correct and click "Proceed to Checkout":
- If no card is registered in your account, you must add one at this stage:

Enter your credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Verify the address, then click "Proceed to Checkout" when you're ready:

If you used a voucher, please note that your credit card will not be charged at this time; it will only be charged on the anniversary date of your subscription.
- Review the order and the Terms and Conditions:
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions:
- And, when you are ready, click "Submit Order":
- Depending on your bank, you may need to authorize the transaction:
- The receipt confirms that your order has been submitted. You can click "Continue Shopping" to return to the home page:
- You will instantly receive a first email with the details of your order:

After your order is approved, you will receive another email with instructions to activate your license and install the product, along with an attached order confirmation PDF:

(Optional) How to check the status or details of your purchase?
- Return to the web store, hover over "My Account", and click on "Dashboard":
- Expand the subscriptions menu:
- And click on "My Subscriptions":
- Your approved order will appear here, where you can also "View details":
- This window displays all subscription details, including key information such as the start and end dates of the contract:
